Rain Or Shine Window Cleaning Terms & Conditions

Rain or shine window cleaning terms & conditions are very straight forward. 

Before we arrive: 

We will send a text or email the day before to confirm.

We ask that all windows are shut.

 That there is access to the rear of your property(we DO NOT climb gates).

 Please ensure all animal mess is cleaned up. 

Weather:

We work in most weathers. We don’t work if the temperature is -1 or under, this is because the water will freeze.

We work in light and moderate raining conditions. This WILL NOT affect the cleaning process of your windows. 

We do not work in thunder or lighting.

If we have to cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Insurance:

Rain or shine has public liability insurance, insurance for home owners property worked on. 

Rain or shine window cleaning also have employees liability insurance. 

All documents can be shown on request at any time.

Cancellations: 

The customer has right to cancel at anytime.

 Rain or shine window cleaning always ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible, this is so we can arrange other work. 

All outstanding money must be paid in full.

Payments: 

Rain or shine window cleaning accept a number of payments: 

Cash

Cheque

Card 

BACS

PayPal

Stripe

Direct Debit

Rain or shine window cleaning ask for payment within 7 days of completion. After 7 days we send a reminder message, 

as things can be forgotten about.

Our prices can vary between properties, this is for a number of reasons:

Property size 

Location 

Conservatories

Awkward Windows 

Photos: 

Rain or shine window cleaning may take images of our work we have carried out. 

These images may be used on social media & website. 

Images WILL NOT contain sensitive information, address nor location.

Complaints: 

Rain or shine window cleaning takes all complaints very seriously. Please email me directly

 callum@rainorshinewindowcleaning.co.uk.

If you are not satisfied with your clean, please let us know within 24 hours excluding weekends. We will come back

 for free and rectify any issues you may have.
